Conditions of Entry 

By entering a Public Hospitality Group Venue you agree to the following Conditions of Entry. 

‘Public Hospitality Group Venue’ shall mean: 

  1. Oxford House, Paddington  

  2. Camelia Grove, Alexandria 

  3. The Strand, Darlinghurst

  4. The Empire, Annandale

  5. Lady Hampshire, Camperdown

  6. The Norfolk, Redfern

  7. The Vine, Collingwood

For the safety, security, comfort and enjoyment of all patrons and staff, the following Conditions of Entry apply to all people who visit a Public Hospitality Group Venue:

  • For the safety and security of all staff and guests, all persons’ movements within and around the premises are subject to video monitoring and recording by security and surveillance systems, including constant CCTV, audio and body worn video recording. You consent to the use of your image for these purposes. Public Hospitality Group collects from and may disclose your personal information to third parties, including its related bodies corporate, and law enforcement and other government agencies. Your personal information will be dealt with in accordance our Privacy Policy.

  • You will not be permitted entry if you are the subject to the self-exclusionary scheme and gaming is available at the premises. 

  • A government issued photo identification card must be produced on request. You must not attempt to conceal your identity. Public Hospitality Group Venue staff may at any time request the removal of any face or head covering for the purpose of confirming your identity. You may be asked to leave the premises if you refuse to remove a face or head covering for this purpose. 

  • You must comply with all lawful requests and directions made by Public Hospitality Group.

  • You consent to your filming and sound recording as members of an audience. By entering a Public Hospitality Group Venue, you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • If you are found to be in possession of any kind of weapon you will not be permitted to enter the Venue.

  • If you engage in conduct that is indecent, violent, inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, threatening and/or intimidating to others or is otherwise against the law, you may be asked to leave the premises.

  • If you are intoxicated or under the influence of an illicit substance you will not be permitted to enter or remain at the Public Hospitality Group Venue. 

  • Alcohol not purchased at the Venue (excluding adjoining Public Liquor stores) is not permitted on the premises. 

  • Children must not be left unattended in any area of the Venue.

  • You must not lend money for profit, solicitation or any other illegal activity.

  • You must not engage in solicitation of customers or other unauthorised promotional activities.

  • You must not share confidential information or personal information relating to other visitors with any third party.

  • You must contact Public Hospitality Group promptly to report any lost property. We will take reasonable steps to safeguard lost property in accordance with our statutory obligations. To the extent permitted by law, you release Public Hospitality Group from any claims regarding damage to lost property.

  • Public Hospitality Group may refuse entry to or permission to remain at the Venue to any person at any time and for any reason, including any non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. If these terms and conditions are not complied with you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation. 

Public Hospitality Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. 

To the extent permitted by law, Public Hospitality Group accept no responsibility for any injury, death, damage or loss incurred by any person, either directly or indirectly, arising out of your visit to the Venue, and you release and discharge Public Hospitality Group from any such liability, damage or loss.
